Get the authenticated user's reader overrides for a series

GET 
/api/v1/user/series/:series_id/reader-settings

The response is sparse: an override field is absent when the user has not set it, and the reader inherits from the series metadata or the library default instead. A user with no overrides gets a 200, not a 404.

The inherited* fields report what the user would get with no override, whether or not one is set. Book responses carry the direction already resolved, so this is the only way a client can see the layer beneath its own override, and the only way it can offer to drop it by name.
